Food Craving to weight Loss

For those who are already overweight, excessive cravings necessarily harmful. But you need not fear. Recent research from Sweden found a powerful way to overcome them. The researchers say that eating spinach regularly can reduce excessive appetite up to 95 percent! This is because spinach contains a substance called thylakoids. Substances contained in green spinach leaves and can lose weight and appetite.

The results showed that a healthy breakfast weighs about 3.5 kg. However, in the group receiving the spinach when the breakfast menu, the greater the reduction is 5 kg.

Prof Erlanson-Albertsson said that, in addition to lose weight faster, spinach help deal with excessive appetite, especially in the hours before a meal or snack.

"Thylakoid it makes the digestive process much longer, so it feels a sensation of fullness for longer anyway. To do this, it would not hurt to include spinach in your diet at least once a day," he said.
