I was a student at a public university in Surabaya. There I was active with my music and SME activities are required to actively move on stage. Diet Experience; Losing 14 Kg
Consistency is the key. Previously I was not concerned with appearance or weight, as the weight of my belly growing and getting bigger, I just started to notice it. Moreover, I realized that health is important. Want to lose weight, at the beginning of June I started a diet and exercise routine 4 times a week.
A diet that is my low-carb diet, low fat and low sugar. My breakfast with oatmeal and low-fat milk. Then for lunch, I select the red rice and meat / chicken / fish boiled / grilled. Not to forget I always include vegetable nodes, while for the afternoon and eat my dinner menu select fruits.
As for sports I choose circuit training workout 4 times a week.
In addition to exercise and diet I also apply enough sleep 6-8 hours every day and drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day. As a result, after 2 months my weight successfully passed down as much as 14 kg. It was shocking!
Now I am back to stay confident and keep to keep exercising, keep eating, getting enough sleep and drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day. Thank you.

Diet Experience lose 31 kg
Diet Experience - Initially I was to join a gym because a friend. Then I tried to weigh heavy and as a result I apparently reached 109 kg. I still have not any intention to lose weight, but after 3 trips to the gym and weigh again turns my weight dropped to 107 pounds. This is a new beginning then I intend to lose weight. I then started to read articles related to fat-loss and health articles.
Then I finally discipline yourself with a diet plan first. I leave all the fatty foods and start exercising regularly at the gym.
Every day I lose weight until my weight dropped again to 86 kg. From here I then started to try to lose again until reaching 72 kg.
I am glad I managed to drop weight to these figures but then felt there was something strange. It turns out that my body is too small for the height 178 cm but weight is just 72 kg. Starting from the fourth month I then focus also muscle-building exercises and now my body is proportional to the weight 78 kg.

Successfully Lose Weight 12 Kg

Losing 21 kg with Food Combining

Then at 10 am I snacking 2 apples / melon / watermelon. For lunch, I select menu rice + sauteed vegetables / grilled fish. As for the afternoon I eat fruit or smoothies banana slices and apple. Well, I usually eat dinner with vegetables tamarind barbecued fish without rice.
Exercise I swim once a week with a duration of 1 hour nonstop sit-ups and 20 counts each day before going to bed. Once the program is consistent with this, the fifth month I managed to lose weight up to 47 kg. Complaints such as migraine, unstable blood pressure and joint pain was gone. My body also feels lighter and more powerful to take care of my two sons.

Lose Weight 9 Kg: Moving and Sports
